  21. No, they can...only if we LET THEM.  We have the power of the electronic
  22. press at our fingertips.  We can spread the word, return your USR if you
  23. just bought it somewhere with a return policy...in the meanwhile spread
  24. the word that USR has no support, releases the firmware with bad chips,
  25. does not properly support Windows 95, does not reply to their e-mail, etc.
